Description of Quality Control/Technical Support Department

From supplier qualification audit, to goods sampling, inspection standards, as well as after-sales quality feedback processing, all these aspects are strictly controlled. Using advanced testing equipment and scientific management system, we ensure that each batch of goods meets the high quality requirements and maintain the company's reputation and customer satisfaction.
Quality Control Procedures
Our company's quality management department has a set of strict management process. Firstly, we screen and evaluate the suppliers, examine their production capacity, quality system, etc., to ensure reliable sources of goods. Before the goods are warehoused, sampling inspection is carried out in strict accordance with the standards, and the data of each index is recorded. In the inspection process, once the substandard products are found, the isolation and tracing mechanism is immediately activated to find the source and the scope of influence, and the high quality level is always maintained.

We limit normal and overtime hours as permitted by Chinese law.
